Picture of the Day: Sandra Bullock being an inspiring parent

The world is full of opinions, especially when it comes to parenting. It’s not surprising that someone as famous as Sandra Bullock has received some backlash for her personal choices.
She decided to address the opinion that her adopted son Louis is “not her child” in a beautiful Facebook post she shared last night about family, love, destiny, and raising kids.
“I’m tired of hearing from everyone that he is not my child, that he is not my blood. That I am a so called ‘Adoptive Mother’. I am a Mother. I need no other label or prefix. He may not have my eyes, he may not have my smile, he may not have my skin tone, but he has all my heart.”
The 50-year-old adopted her son Louis in 2010. He is now five years old. But that doesn’t make her different to other parents.
