New US Ambassador in Romania

Hans Klemm, the US ambassador in Romania, will submit credentials to President Klaus Iohannis today. Recently, Hans Klemm was sworn in as ambassador in our country in a ceremony at the US State Department’s headquarters, in the presence of the American Secretary of State, John Kerry and the Romanian Ambassador to Washington, George Maior. On that occasion, Hans Klemm said that he will support the development of bilateral trade and investment and that he is committed to support Romania’s efforts to reform its administration and to combat corruption.
