Picture of the Day: Hidden beach in Mexico

               With crystal clear waters and sandy beaches, the origins of this idyllic paradise comes as a surprise – it is in fact the world’s most picturesque bomb site. This secluded strip of sand is believed to have formed decades ago when it was used as target practice by the Mexican Government in the early 1900s. But where you might expect to find ruins and devastation, here there is a sensational, deserted beach on the Marieta Islands in Puerto Vallarta.
